Thomaston Police beat: Arrest warrants, theft, drug possession, domestic violence assault
THOMASTON — Thomaston Police reported the following activity Nov. 2-29. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Nov. 2
Daniel Foster, 23, of Round Pound, was issued a summons by Officer Olaf Sigaud for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 4
Eric McVay, 23, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 5
Kenneth Flower, 40, of Warpole, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Daniel Saloio, 58, of Warren, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 6
Jonathan Morriss, 60, of Warren, was issued a summons by Hast for inspection violation.
Joshua Simmons, 31, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Hast for violating condition of release; operating after suspension; attaching false plates; failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 7
Edward Glover, 49, of Owls Head, was arrested by Sigaud for operating under the influence.
Nov. 9
Franzeska Morris, 24, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Officer Michael Blais for speeding.
Nov. 11
Christopher Steiner, 39, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Hast for speeding.
Nov. 12
Andrea Little, 43, of Thomaston, was arrested on a warrant by Hast and issued a summons by for operating after suspension.
Joseph Ellerd, 34, of Union, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 13
Duane Makie, 31, of St. George, was issued a summons by Hast for operating with expired license.
Nov. 14
Rene Caguna, 23, of Newark, N.J., was issued a summons by Hast for speeding.
Justin Dever, 25, of Warren, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to stop at a red light.
Nov. 15
Paul Giansiracusa, 33, of Warren, was arrested by Blais on a warrant.
Cody Heal, 19, of Camden, was issued a summons by Sigaud for failure to display front plate.

Michael Hooper, 41, of Tenants Harbor, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 18
Michael Hanson, 42, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Hast for inspection violation.
Karin Kelly-Weisert, 66, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Hast for speeding.
Nov. 19
Neal Ross, 34, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons by Hast for theft.
Richelle Ross, 31, of Damariscotta, was issued a summons by Hast for theft.
Harold Tarbox III, 24, of Cushing, was arrested by Hast for domestic violence assault.

Heather Sewall, 44, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons by Hast for operating after suspension.
Ross Howard, 31, of Waldoboro, was issued a summons by Hast for operating after suspension, two priors.
Nov. 21
Alexis Colson, 18, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Hast for speeding.
Michael Johnson, 46, of Nobleboro, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Nov. 24
Steven Dodd, 50, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Hast for failure to provide proof of insurance; attaching false plates; displaying fictitious inspection sticker.
James Batty III, 27, of Nobleboro, was arrested by Sigaud on a warrant.
Nov. 27
Andrew Elwell, 21, of St. George, was issued a summons by Hast for sale and use of drug paraphernalia; possession of usable amount of marijuana; possession of open container of alcohol in vehicle.
Nov. 29
Brian Beckett, 37, of Thomaston, was arrested by Hast for domestic violence assault.
Carl Chipman, 22, of Thomaston, was issued summons by Hast for attaching false plates; failure to provide proof of insurance.
