8th annual Recovery Rally at Rockland Harbor Park, Sept. 26
The public is welcome to the Coastal Recovery Community Center’s Recovery Rally, Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, from 4-6 p.m., at Rockland Harbor Park, 271 Main Street. More than 20 vendors will be on hand, with this year’s theme, ‘Recovery As A Whole Person.’ The ‘Whole Person’ means whole families and whole communities, because no one recovers alone.
There’ll be family fun for all ages including fire truck and police car displays, games, and lots of prizes and family-friendly refreshments. Activities will feature the ever-popular bouncy house for the kiddos. Healthy Kids features parenting class information, The Landing Place presents its Youth Free Store, and parents can ask questions about Head Start with Penquis.
The CRCC community will be represented, and Recovery Rally attendees can discover and meet members who are ready to help and connect with vital resources. Scheduled to participate is AIO, Maine Family Planning with wound care and reproductive consults, and the Knox Clinic will chat about their services including primary care, dental care, and mental health and wellness. Public Health Nurses will be available to answer questions and administer vaccines.
Check out all the recovery support opportunities and meet people from all pathways, including medication therapy; fitness; healthcare; and, case management. Adults can engage with Penobscot Bay Community Health Partnerships, Meals on Wheels, and take part in Maine CDC testing. Also attending the rally are recovery partners OPTIONS, New Seasons, Better Life Partners, Holistic Practitioners, and of course, CRCC.
CRCC holds its annual Recovery Rally every September, which is National Recovery Awareness Month, where the goal is to help lift up those in recovery, combat stigma and offer support to the community.
Coastal Recovery Community Center (CRCC) is a safe, nonjudgmental space for every individual on a path to recovery. That pathway is not only for the individual struggling with substance and/or alcohol use, but their loved ones as well. CRCC offers harm reduction strategies and ideas aimed at reducing negative consequences associated with substance use and improving health and wellness for people seeking and maintaining recovery.

Stop in to gain free access to charge devices, check emails, get coffee, water, or just grab a snack.
