ROCKLAND — The Oceanside varsity girls tennis team hosted Waterville for a match Monday, May 13 in Rockland. 

Waterville won the match 4-1. 

With the loss, the Oceanside record dropped to 1-8. 

Up next for Oceanside will be a home match against Medomak Valley on Wednesday, May 15. 

First Singles: Inga Zimba (W) defeated Emma Carpenter (O) 6-0, 6-3 

Second Singles: Belen Gonzalez (W) defeated Alexa Barstow 6-1, 6-2

Third Singles: Anna Sheikk (W) defeated Laura Boutin (O) 6-0, 6-1

First Doubles: Lauren Smith and Kiera Gibson (W) defeated Lindsey Brooks and Veronica Kaluta 6-0, 6-0

Second Doubles: Lizzie Yattaw and Jaska Malone (O) defeated Jasmine Liberty and Stephanie Baez 8-3, 9-7
