ROCKLAND — The following indictments were recently handed up by a Knox County grand jury on Feb. 6.  An indictment does not indicate guilt.    

Timothy Alan Barclift, 51, of Warren, aggravated trafficking in cocaine, three counts, on Dec. 3, 2025, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person (a felon) on Dec. 3, 2025; violation of a condition of release and criminal forfeiture, two counts. (firearms).

Roxanne R. Beaucage, 27, of Union, robbery, domestic violence aggravated assault and falsifying physical evidence in Union Dec. 7, 2025.   

Chad W. Benner, 41, of Cushing, terrorizing, criminal threatening, violation of a condition of release, and reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (a lobster boat) all off of Friendship Nov. 24, 2025; kidnapping, domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime, criminal restraint and cruelty to animals all off of Friendship Sept. 29, 2025.  

Dustan James Bentley, 37, Maine State Prison in Warren, aggravated assault, assault on an officer and trafficking in prison contraband (knife, drugs, file, syringe) on June 14, 2025.

Randall F. Blasius, 34, of Friendship, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (fentanyl) in Rockland Nov. 27, 2025 and violation of a condition of release in Rockland Nov. 27, 2025.  

Matthew Nathaniel Boegel, 27, of Rockland, sexual abuse of a minor, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 27 and 28, 2025; violation of a condition of release, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 27 and 28, 2025.

Christopher L. Brown, 51, of Owls Head, operating after revocation, violation of a condition of release, and failure to stop for an officer all in Rockland March 18, 2025.

Johander Camacho-Polanco, 24, of Hallandale, Fla., unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (cocaine and/or fentanyl) on Nov. 14, 2025.

Zachary T. Carleton, 37, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking, three counts, in Rockland Jan. 4, 2025, Jan. 9, 2025, and Jan. 10, 2025; violating a condition of release, three counts, in Rockland Jan.4, 2025, Jan. 9, 2025, and Jan. 10, 2025.

Jonathan Craig Chevrier, 41, Maine State Prison, assault on an officer on Aug. 27, 2025.

Lance Chipman, 39, of Thomaston, aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (cocaine) on July 29, 2025; refusing to submit to arrest on July 29, 2025.

Wanda L. Chipman, 64, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, three counts, (cocaine and buprenorphine) in Rockland Aug. 7, 2025.

Vincent Colunio, 23, of North Haven, theft by unauthorized taking of more than $1,000 on Vinalhaven Aug. 10, 2025.

Charles H. Dodge, 43, of Rockland, unlawful possession of drugs, two counts, (cocaine and fentanyl), in Rockland Nov. 14, 2025; violation of a condition of release in Rockland Nov. 14, 2025.

Patrick Henry Dube, 43, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband and possession of methamphetamine on March 6, 2025.

Colton L. Lechnir, 35, of Steamboat Springs, Colo., aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation and criminal operating under the influence (alcohol) both in Rockland July 13, 2025.

Brittany J. Lilly, 38, of Wiscasset, theft by unauthorized taking of more than $1,000 in Rockland from July 23, 2022, to Jan. 7, 2024.

Alaina K. Linteri, 27, of Cushing, domestic violence assault and violation of a condition of release both in Thomaston Nov. 29, 2025.

Joseph Locke, 46, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, two counts, endangering the welfare of a child, two counts, domestic violence threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon (a knife) in Rockland June, July and August 2025 on Vinalhaven and in Rockland.

Eric Martinez-Rodriguez, 29, of Saco, unlawful possession of scheduled drug (methamphetamine); violation of a condition of release in Warren Aug. 15, 2025.

Pamela Maus, 76, of Owls Head, aggravated criminal mischief, unauthorized use of property, and violation of a condition of release all in Owls Head Aug. 28, 2025.

Timothy E. Reynolds, 65, of Winslow, domestic violence assault in Warren Aug. 7, 2025.
