Steven Lamperta, 55, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Jackson Oct. 17, 2024, six years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; criminal conspiracy in Jackson Oct. 17, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Oct. 29, 2024, dismissed.
Richard A. Henry Jr., 63, of Troy, indecent conduct in Unity Dec. 15, 2024, $500 fine.
Rebecca Curtis, 35, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Nov. 23, 2024, six days in jail and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks March 25, six days in jail and $400 fine for each count; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox June 28, 364 days in jail with all but five days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine for count one, and five days in jail and $400 fine for count two; two counts of violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 23, and Dec. 30, unconditional discharge for both counts.
Dustin T. Curtis, 48, of Unity, criminal trespass in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, $250 fine; terrorizing in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, dismissed; criminal threatening in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, dismissed; cruelty to animals in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, dismissed.

Samantha Brown, 47, of Swanville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville Sept. 10, 35 days in jail; criminal mischief in Swanville Sept. 10, 35 days in jail; burning prohibited material in Swanville Sept. 10, $100 fine.
Jason Hunter, 41, of Freeport, theft by receiving stolen property in Northport Oct. 26, 15 months in prison; driving to endanger in Northport Oct. 26, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; violating a condition of release in Northport Oct. 26, six months in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport Oct. 26, dismissed.
