Hopkins, 36, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Brooks July 15, 2024, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Oct. 10, 2024, 30 days in jail; domestic violence aggravated assault in Brooks Oct. 11, 2004, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Brooks Oct. 11, 2024, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Nov. 20, 2024, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 30, three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast June 30, dismissed; terrorizing in Belfast June 30, six months in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast June 30, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 12, six months in jail; criminal restraint in Belfast Aug. 12, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast Aug. 12, dismissed. 

Steven Lamperta, 55, of Searsport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Jackson Oct. 17, 2024, six years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine; criminal conspiracy in Jackson Oct. 17, 2024, dismissed; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Oct. 29, 2024, dismissed.

Richard A. Henry Jr., 63, of Troy, indecent conduct in Unity Dec. 15, 2024, $500 fine. 

Rebecca Curtis, 35, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Jackson Nov. 23, 2024, six days in jail and $400 fine; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Brooks March 25, six days in jail and $400 fine for each count; two counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox June 28, 364 days in jail with all but five days suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine for count one, and five days in jail and $400 fine for count two; two counts of violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 23, and Dec. 30, unconditional discharge for both counts. 

Dustin T. Curtis, 48, of Unity, criminal trespass in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, $250 fine; terrorizing in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, dismissed; criminal threatening in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, dismissed; cruelty to animals in Unity Feb. 4, 2025, dismissed. 

Dale A. Ryder, 48, of Frankfort, domestic violence assault in Frankfort Feb. 17, dismissed. 

Richard D. York, 31, of Belfast, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belfast April 18, two years in prison with all but 45 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 18, 30 days in jail. 

Travis D. Vallee, 30, of Limerick, operating under the influence resulting in injury in Troy Feb. 21, dismissed; aggravated driving to endanger in Troy Feb. 21, four years in prison with all but four months suspended, two years of probation, license suspended for two years, registration suspended, and $575 fine; reckless conduct in Troy Feb. 21, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Troy Feb. 21, 30 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (refusing to stop) in Troy Feb. 21, dismissed; assault in Troy Feb. 21, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; terrorizing in Troy Feb. 21, 30 days in jail; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Troy Feb. 21, dismissed;  disorderly conduct (fighting) in Troy Feb. 21, dismissed.

Josiah J. Eikelboom, 46, of Swanville, operating under the influence in Belfast June 1, license suspended for 150 days and $750 fine. 

Trey Harford, 33, of Swanville, operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction in Monroe June 8, dismissed. 

Phillip Griffin, 25, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 16, $250 fine. 

Samantha Brown, 47, of Swanville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville Sept. 10, 35 days in jail; criminal mischief in Swanville Sept. 10, 35 days in jail; burning prohibited material in Swanville Sept. 10, $100 fine. 

Jason Hunter, 41, of Freeport, theft by receiving stolen property in Northport Oct. 26, 15 months in prison; driving to endanger in Northport Oct. 26, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; violating a condition of release in Northport Oct. 26, six months in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Northport Oct. 26, dismissed. 

Tyler Spofford, 31, of Deer Isle, domestic violence assault in Searsport Nov. 25, dismissed.

Dale Armstrong, 72, of Belfast, operating an ATV on a public way in Belfast Nov. 22, $100 fine.
