BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Jan. 18-31.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Jan. 18

Michael Eaton, 47, of Burnham, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating a condition of release on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. 

Jan. 22

Richard L. Sprague, 55, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Weymouth Road. 

Jan. 23

Kellian S. Libby, 31, of Liberty, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Pinnacle Road in Liberty.
