Knox County Grand Jury Indictments: Drug trafficking, burglary, misuse of identification
ROCKLAND – The Knox County Grand Jury handed down 16 indictments Oct. 7. Of the 16 indictments, a majority of the cases involve unlawful drug possession and drug trafficking including four inmates at the Maine State Prison in Warren. The indictments all represent 16 individuals from Maine. An indictment does not imply guilt.
Wade H. Phillips, 45, of Rockland, operating after revocation.
Mark Gagne, 32, of Friendship, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Kenneth W. Cox, 46, of Searsmont, theft by deception and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
Rebecca Hinsey, 61, of Cushing, burglary and stealing drugs.
Sarah Havener, 29, of Camden, burglary, four counts of theft by unauthorized taking, burglary of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, trafficking in prison contraband, violation of conditions of release, three counts of misuse of identification.
Marsha L. Turner, 47, of Rockland, failure to report.
Stephanie Thorbjornson, 46, of Tenants Harbor, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucniogenics.
Edward Thorbjornson, 55, of Tenants Harbor, illegal importation of scheduled drugs, unlawful possessin of synthetic hallucinogenics.
Justin Luszcki, 31, of Rockport, two counts of aggravated trafficking in heroin, violation of conditions of release, criminal forfeiture of $13,000.
Cammi Colby, 20, of Rockland, unlawful trafficking in heroin, criminal forfeiture of $13,000.
Richard Butler, 36, of Rockland, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of diazepam.
Richard Drew, 29, of Windom, unlawful trafficking of Suboxone.
Michael John McGraw, 33, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Casey D. Collins, 31, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Jaosn Goucher-Hewett, 30, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
Darrin E. Upton, 33, Maine State Prison, trafficking in prison contraband, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
