ROCKLAND – The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from July 1-14.
Joshua Anthony, 44, of Vinalhaven, operating after habitual offender revocation on Vinalhaven April 13, 2025, $500 fine, 30 days in jail.
Alan B. Bragg, no age listed, of Waldoboro, operating without license-conditions/restrictions in Rockland Feb. 2, 2025, $150 fine.
Jay Carter, 33, of Waldoboro, criminal mischief in Rockland June 1, 2025, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland June 1, 2025, $250 fine.
William L. Deane Jr., 48, of Friendship, violating condition of release, two counts, both in Rockland July 12, 2025, both guilty.
Alexis C. Doyle, 23, of St. George, violating condition of release in Thomaston March 14, 2025, $400 fine.
Timothy R. Gleason,18, of Cushing, violating condition of release in Cushing Dec. 30, 2024, $500 fine.
Lacey Marie Keen, 40, of Rockland, operating without a license in Camden April 20, 2025, $150 fine.
Brandon Maddocks, 30, of Washington, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland July 12, 2025, $400 fine; violating condition of release in Rockland July 12, 2025, guilty.
Dillon Reed, 30, of Friendship, operating without safety equipment in Union April 29, 2025, $100 fine
Destinee R. Smith, 29, of Waldoboro, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Thomaston Nov. 15, 2024, 21 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland June 5, 2025, 21 days in jail.
Ian Tully, 65, of Isle au Haut, violating protection order on Isle au Haut Feb. 8, 2025, dismissed.
Ossian I.K. Whipple-Wienges, 26, of Athens, Ga., failing to make oral or written accident report in Camden March 10, 2025, $250 fine.
Wesley Winchenbach, 47, of Friendship, non commercial lobster and crab fishing without a license in Friendship April 4, 2025, $180 fine; untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, in Friendship April 4, 2025, $500 fine.
