ROCKLAND — In a collaboration between the Coastal Recovery Community Center and Knox Clinic, Wellness Wednesdays are opportunities for community members to connect and receive holistic care services.

“An array of wonderful volunteers will be providing services such as acupuncture, reiki, mindfulness meditations, and more!” said The Knox Clinic, in a news release.

Wellness Wednesdays will take place at the CRCC (11 White Street in Rockland) on the second Wednesday of each month, from 1 - 3 p.m., and the fourth Wednesday of each month, from 4 - 6 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
