ISLESBORO — Charlotte Agnus Gossens Mitchell, 81, passed away at Penobscot Bay Medical Center on Monday, September 23, 2019.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 28, at 11 a.m., at the Christ Church Dark Harbor, Islesboro, with a reception to follow.
