Bruce (Fuller) Grant, obituary
WARREN — Bruce (Fuller) Grant, 67, passed away on December 10, 2018 in the comfort of his family at Maine Medical Center in Portland due to complications of a heart attack.
Bruce was born on June 14, 1951 in Camden, Maine to parents Ralph Fuller and Roberta Grant.
Bruce graduated from Rockland High School class of 1971. Bruce also continued his education from the University of Maine Augusta receiving a degree in Social Services.
Bruce’s employment was varied throughout his lifetime having worked as a cook, a painter, an EMT, a Mental Health Counselor as well as working for the American Red Cross and he operated his own Music Business.
Bruce’s family remembers him as being a poet, a musician, a craftsman, a “perfectionist” as well as everyone’s Hero.
Some of Bruce’s favorite past times were gardening, fishing, kayaking, playing pool, poker and going to yard sales.
Left to cherish Bruce’s memory are his loving wife and soul mate Beverly, a son, Jonathon Jones; a daughter, Katherine Jones; a sister, Joyce Wall, and her husband Spike of Morrill; a brother Chuck Fuller of MA.; and a sister Christine Fuller of MA.
He also leaves behind six grandsons, one granddaughter, and one great- granddaughter, as well as many foster brothers and sisters and many friends.
Bruce was known by many as “Uncle Bruce” and he will be missed by all who knew him.
Per his wishes, Bruce will be cremated and a remembrance of his life will be held in June of 2019 at his home in Warren. Date and Time will be announced.
