Belfast Senior College announces its 2025 fall semester schedule. Registration opens Tuesday, September 2, and classes start on September 22. Belfast Senior College (BSC) welcomes all who are ages 50 and over to become a member to enjoy this community of learners.

"Its eighteen courses offer something for everyone, from hands-on learning, to discussions and lectures, with no tests, no homework and opportunities to interact with other learners," said the College.

Class, held in multiple downtown Belfast and Camden venues, are generally held between 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m., for two-hour sessions, held once weekly for four to six weeks. A few classes are held for just one and two sessions. The wide variety of all class topics include drawing and painting, religion, music of Philip Glass, fall gardening, poetry, literature, film, the Civil War, the Vietnam War, democracy and justice, and more. Class tuition varies from $15 - $40 depending on length of class. The office is open 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays or by appointment.
