BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 28 - Oct. 7.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Sept. 28

Jenna E. Maddocks, 33, of Brewer, was arrested for unpaid fines and violating a condition of release. 

Sept. 30

Chance Clark, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on High Street.

Stephen W. Zaccadelli, 58, of Round Pond, was arrested for six counts of failure to appear.

Oct. 1

Edward Mylen, 46, of Belmont, was issued a summons for possession of a scheduled drug on Waterville Road. 

Oct. 2

Norman C. Flagg, 42, of Belfast, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and domestic violence assault on School Street.
