Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Police reported the following activity Jan. 9-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 9
Michael Hardy, 28, of Dixmont, was issued summonses for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 7.
Jan. 10
Chiffon Shaw, 29, of New York, New York, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Swan Lake Ave.
Jan. 12
Amy Drown, 51, of Warren, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Belmont Ave, stemming from an incident Dec. 29.
Jan. 13
Tyler J. Damon, 34, was issued summonses for theft and violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive.
Jan. 14
Myles Rehlander, 39, of Montville, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Searsport Ave.
Jan. 15
Waylon Millard, 35, of Thomaston, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Miller Street.
Jan. 16
Robert McKinney, 30, of Portland, was arrested based on an indictment.
Nathan J. Christensen, 18, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating without being licensed on Lincolnville Ave.
