Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity July 1 -16.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 1
Michael Bailey, 41, of Charleston, was arrested for operating after revocation, operating under the influence, assault on an officer, driving to endanger, operating after habitual offender revocation, and failure to provide notice of a motor vehicle accident on Main Street.
July 8
Mandy L. Everett, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear.
Michael Sentell, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Front Street.
July 9
Semonie Littlefield, 49, of Belfast, was arrested for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Route 52.
July 11
Ronald Tower, 69, of Belmont, was arrested for operating after revocation on Belmont Ave.
Byrlynne M. Ellis, 47, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Church Street.
July 12
Alec Niemy, 33, was arrested for criminal trespass and violating a condition of release on Route 3. Niemy was also issued summonses for criminal trespass, violating a condition of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Church Street.
