ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Rockland District Court from Jan. 25-29.

Hannah M. Berta, 24, of Rockport, operating under the influence, $750 fine.

Donald Demmons, 50, of Warren, terrorizing, seven days in jail; failure to comply with sex offender registry act, first offense, seven days in jail.

Robert D. Fowles, 52, of Owls Head, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive word, gestures, $250 fine.

Glenn K. Johnson, 36, of Rockland, terrorizing, 72 hours in jail; harassment by telephone, seventy two hours in jail; violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

Daren C. Martin, 47, of Union, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

James McInnis, Sr., 53, of Somerville, operating vehicle without license, 24 hours in jail.

Joshua Porter, 33, of Owls Head, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, 72 hours in jail.

Matthew A. Robbins, 28, of Lincolnville, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault, 184 days in jail, probation revoked.

Leslie A. Romer, 46, of Vinalhaven, operating under the influence, one prior, dismissed; misuse of E-9-1-1 system, dismissed; operating under the influence, $1000 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
