Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court closed cases

ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Superior Court and Rockland District Court from Dec. 28 - Jan. 8.
Superior Court
Michael S. Collins, 34, of Union, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation one year and one month, $4.00 restitution.
Rockland District Court
James R. Simmons, 41, of Nobleboro, setting or moving unmarked lobster trap, $2,000 fine; violation of protected resources, Chapter 75, $250 fine; untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, dismissed.
