ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Rockland District Court from Nov. 23-Dec. 11.
Brenda D. Elliott, 56, of Union, operating under the influence, dismissed.
Randy B. Smith, 65, of Owls Head, domestic violence assault, 75 days in jail; obstructing report of crime, 75 days in jail.
