Rockport Police beat: Marijuana possession, operating after suspension
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 1-8. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Dec. 1
Kathryn Dinsmore, 73, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for operating so slow to impede traffic.
Christa Calder, 43, of Jefferson, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for inspection violation.
Dec. 2
Katlyn Clark, 19, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for insurance violation.
Dec. 4
Jacob Johnson, 23, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Shaw for operating after suspension.
Dec. 7
John Abbott, Jr., 40, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Dec. 8
Edward Zona, 34, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Jim Moore for operating without a license; possession of marijuana; sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
