APPLETON — Roland H. Wiley, 72, of Appleton, passed away peacefully Nov. 13, 2015, with his loving family by his side Rockport. A full obituary will follow.

Friends are welcome to join the family for a time of visitation Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2015, from 10 a.m. to noon, followed by a service to celebrate Roland's life at Hall Funeral Home, 949 Main St. in Waldoboro.
