Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust hosts chainsaw safety course June 6

ORLAND — Forester and Certified Logging Professional Tom Fox will teach a course covering chainsaw operation and felling, from basic to precision, June 6. Cost is $100, which includes lunch; or $75 for Great Pond Mountain Conservation Trust volunteers. Participants should bring a saw, safety gear and sharpening equipment if available.
