Ronald A. Cook II, 34, of Searsport, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Winterport Nov. 7, $250 fine.

Traeey Cushman, 28, of Brooks, use of drug paraphernalia in Winterport Nov. 7, $300 fine.

Evan J. Damuck, 21, of East Haddam, Conn., motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over posted limit in Winterport Oct. 1, $750 fine.

Sarah Double, 24, of Bangor, violating a protection from abuse order in Unity Dec.31, $250 fine.

Kenneth A. Fay, 58, of Ridley Park, Pa., operating while license suspended or revoked in Palermo Nov. 23, 2012, six days in jail and $600 fine; violating condition of release in Palermo Nov. 23, 2012, dismissed.

Amy L. Feener, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 13, $750 fine.

Wayne R.Fields, 66, of Frankfort, driving deer in Frankfort Nov. 19, $200 fine.

Brian E. Fisher, 21, of Woodbury, Conn., possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz in Unity Nov.14, $350 fine.

Allen L. Fogg, 26, of Warren, criminal mischief in Winterport Dec. 4. 72 hours in jail.

Carsten Geisel, 32, of Winterport, burning prohibited material in Winterport Oct. 31, $100 fine.

Anthony L. Gillchrist, 32, of Jacksonville, Fla., operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 21, seven days in jail, license suspended 150 days and $750 fine; having a loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle in Belfast Nov. 21, seven days in jail.

Richard W. Labonville, 58, of Troy, unlawful cutting of trees in Troy Aug. 4, $1,550 fine.

Mindy Kay LaFontaine, 33, of Northport, operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 21, 96 hours in jail, license suspended 150day and $500 fine.

Ryan C. Lefebvre, 26, of Freedom, operating while license suspended or revoked in Freedom Aug. 12, dismissed; displaying a suspended driver’s license in Belfast Aug. 12, dismissed.
