Abdul Bilal, 24, Maine State Prison in Warren, aggravated assault with a shank and trafficking in prison contraband on June 11, 2021.

Donna M. Billings, 48, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking, forgery and violation of condition of release in Warren Nov. 6, 2020.

Morgan L. Campbell Jr., 42, of Warren, assault on an officer, three counts, criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest. The indictment states the alleged charges occurred at the Knox County Jail on Aug. 8, 2021.

James J. Condon, 44, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violation of condition of release in Washington June 4, 2021.

Timothy D. Wall, 49, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (heroin and fentanyl), unlawful possession of cocaine and operating after suspension on April 15, 2021.

Donald N. Wood, 66, of Rockland, gross sexual assault, seven counts, and unlawful sexual contact, 11 counts, in Rockland from 2013 through 2016.

Zackary H. Woodbury, 40, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren April 14, 2021.
