Hallie Arno, a resident of Lincolnville and student at College of the Atlantic, is collecting community opinions around restoring the Megunticook River.

Arno has previously worked on projects on the Penobscot and Ducktrap Rivers and hopes to increase community involvement and discussions around the Megunticook River, as well as compile information on what the needs of the community are.
