ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity from Feb. 2-April 2. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Feb. 14

Elissa Bower, 23, of Rockport, was issued summonses by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for operating under the influence, inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.

Feb. 20

Stephanie Aiken, 37, of Union, was issued summonses by Bixhaku for inspection sticker and proof of insurance.

Feb. 27

James Lalor, 55, of Hope, was arrested by Officer Antonio Del Vecchio for operating under the influence.

March 2

Celia Tuttle, 33, of Portland, was arrested by Officer Travis Ford on a warrant.

March 3

Susan Patterson, 66, of Ellsworth, was issued a summons by Ford for failure to register motor vehicle.

March 4

Justin Raschack, 32, of Gorham, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for operating under the influence.

March 8

Juvenile, 13, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Ford for domestic assault.

Joanie Pattershall, 42, of Stockton Springs, was arrested by Ford on a warrant.

March 11

Mark Dodge, 37, of Union, was issued summonses by Bixhaku for operating under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violation of conditional release.

March 13

Tanner Hilt, 18, of Camden, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld device.

March 21

Odelcia Silvia, 62, of Augusta, was issued a summons by Bixhaku for failure to produce proof of insurance.

Nicholas Sellick, 35, of Rockland, was arrested by Bixhaku for operating under the influence and violation of condition of release.

March 25

Winfried Cates, 47, transient, was arrested by Bixhaku for burglary, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
