BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity July 7-31. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

July 7

Melanie A. Moore, 46, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for assault on Hamm Road in Frankfort. 

Jessica Oulette, 41, of Trenton, was issued a summons for terrorizing with a firearm on Hamm Road in Frankfort. 

July 8

Jonathan St. Claire, 37, of Monroe, was arrested for domestic violence assault on East Main Street in Monroe. 

July 12

Peter York, 60, of Waterville, was issued summonses for endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing government administration, and assault in Liberty. 

July 14

Ryan S. Drake, 41, of Troy, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Detroit Road in Troy.

July 15

Jeremy C. Greatorex, 43, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Lang Hill Highway in Brooks. 

July 18

Mark Towle, 31, of Burnham, was issued a summons for parking unnecessarily on a public way on Morgan Road in Burnham. 

Cameron Etheridge, 20, of Detroit, was issued summonses for speeding 50 mph in a 40 mph zone and failure to provide proof of insurance on Winnecock Road in Burnham. 

July 19

Ryan R. Fuller, 28, of Searsmont, was arrested for violation of bail on New England Road in Searsmont. 

July 21

Miranda Hurd, 23, of Liberty, operating an ATV on a public way on Roberts Shore in Liberty.

July 23

Lucas Porter, 33, if Stockton Springs, was arrested for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, failure to provide proof of insurance, operating an unregistered ATV, and violating conditions of release on Stream Road in Winterport. 

July 24

Raymond A. Miner, 34, of Knox, was arrested for driving to endanger, operating after suspension, and operating under the influence, violating conditions of release on Belfast Road in Knox. Miner was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation, failure to provide proof of insurance, and a seatbelt violation.  

July 25

A Swanville minor was issued a summons for speeding 55 mph in a 45 mph zone on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. 

Richard D. Crouse, 23, of Lincoln, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. 

July 27

Devin Colby-McIntire, 23, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Waterville Road in Waldo. 

July 31

Adam Skinner, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 141 in Belfast.
