"I thank all the candidates for stepping up to serve the people of Maine and congratulate all the winners of yesterday's election. Mainers have entrusted you with the future of our state and to represent all of the people. Please hold that trust sacred. In addition, I specifically wish Governor-Elect Janet Mills well in her new role."
