Waldo County Superior Court closed cases

Lauri J. Dawson, 57, of Belfast, domestic violence stalking in Belfast Feb. 1, 2008, dismissed.
Jeffrey Hurd, 48, of Glenburn, impersonating a public servant in Winterport Sept. 21, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Sept. 21, five years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation and $1,000 restitution; criminal trespass in Winterport Sept. 21, six months in jail.
Kerry L. Hurd, 45, of Bucksport, impersonating a public servant in Winterport Sept. 21, six months in jail; criminal trespass in Winterport Sept. 21, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Sept. 21, three years in prison with all but nine months suspended, two years of probation and $1,000 restitution; robbery in Winterport Sept. 21, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Sept. 21, dismissed.
