BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity May 10 - June 4.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 10
Justin Clark, 34, of Swanville, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Searsport Ave in Belfast.
May 24
Jiening Zhu, 28, of Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30+ mph on Route 3 in Liberty.
May 27
Amy Feener, 40, of Monroe, was arrested for operating after suspension, violating a condition of release, and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on E. Main Street in Searsport.
May 29
James Ruschmeier, 45, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for operating without a license, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating a condition of release on Main Street in Searsport.
May 30
Kitina M. Bragg, 50, of Brooks, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the posted limit (87 mph in a 50 mph zone) on Route 7 in Jackson.
June 1
David K. Pearson, 28, of Searsport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Blanket Lane in Stockton Springs.
