James J. Hatch, 71, of Winterport, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks and Jackson May 10, 2022, both dismissed; burglary in Jackson May 10, 2022, two years in prison with all suspended and one year of probation.

Albert R. Carson Jr., 69, of Hollis, operating under the influence in Searsmont Oct. 7, 2023, dismissed.
Allen James, 43, of Jackson operating while license suspended or revoked in Thorndike Aug. 2, 2023, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Thorndike Aug. 2, 2023, dismissed.
Corey Caulkins, 45, of Winterport, probation violation in Winterport Dec. 5, 2023, 90 days in jail and prohibition partially revoked; illegal possession of a firearm in Winterport Nov. 17, 90 days in jail; hunting without a valid license in Winterport Nov. 17, 90 days in jail; unlawful possession of a wild animal or bird in Winterport Nov. 17, 90 days in jail; violating a protective order in Monroe Dec. 21, three years in prison with all but 90 days suspended and two years nine months probation.
Lyle Lord, 35, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 26, 2024, dismissed.
Ryann M. Kenney, 35, of Knox, two counts of aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs in Knox June 16, both dismissed; illegal possession of a firearm in Knox June 16, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child in Knox June 16, dismissed; reckless conduct in Knox June 16, 180 days in jail with all suspended and one year of probation.
Ryan P. Dingley, 41, of Thorndike, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 30, 2024, six months in jail and $1,000 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Thorndike Oct. 29, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine.
Dominique Nabarowsky, 41, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Freedom Sept. 9, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to five correct name, date-of-birth, or address in Freedom Sept. 9, $250 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Knox Jan. 26, seven days in jail, license suspended for one year, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox Jan. 26, 48 hours in jail.

Rebecca Billings, 55, of Montville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 21, $150 fine and $42.62 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 4, $150 fine and $60.89 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Jan. 14, $150 fine and $70.89 restitution.
