CAMDEN — H. Allen Fernald, Jr., 93, husband of Sally (Carroll) Fernald, publishing executive and philanthropist, died on Monday, June 2, 2025 at the Sussman House in Rockport.

The Memorial Service followed by a reception will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 2 p.m., at the First Congregational Church UCC, 55 Elm Street, Camden with the Rev. Patty Fox officiating. 

Memorial gifts may be made to the Shields Mission Fund, c/o First Congregational Church, www.camdenucc.org/. Shields works with local social service agencies and residents of Knox County and Lincolnville.
