BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Dec 20-30. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Dec. 13 (late entry)
Larry M. Phillips, 30, of Northport, was issued a summons for aggravated forgery on Depot Street in Unity, stemming from an incident Dec. 5.
Dec. 20
Christopher D. Giggey, 38, of Rockport, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Atlantic Highway in Lincolnville.
Dec. 27
Norma Philbrook, 43, of Swanville, was arrested for violating conditions of release.
David Watt, 42, of Waldo, was arrested for domestic violence assault and criminal mischief on Moosehead Trail in Waldo.
Dec. 30
Deputy Darrin Moody responded to a deer-vehicle accident on Route 1 in Stockton Springs. The vehicle sustained minor damage to the front end, the driver was uninjured.
