BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 28 - Nov. 3. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Oct. 28

Wayne Parsons, 47, of Swanville, was arrested for failure to appear.

Nov. 1

Anthony Ulmer, 40, of Winterport, was arrested for unpaid fines.

Nov. 2

Brian Sanderson, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release on Route 141 in Swanville.

Nov. 3

Benjamin Thibodeau, 37 of Thorndike, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Belfast Road in Knox.
