BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 6-13. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

Feb. 6

Ronnie Moulton, 27, of Northport, was issued summonses for operating with suspended registration and possession of a usable amount of marijuana up to 1.25 oz on Belfast Road in Knox.

Feb. 8

Shane T. Seekins, 20, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Birches Road in Waldo.

Kayla B. Ingraham, 27, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Moosehead Trail in Brooks.

Branden H. Ricker, 26, of Jackson, was arrested for operating after habitual offender revocation and violating conditions of release on Moosehead Trail in Brooks.

Feb. 10

Erland L. Stevenson, 64, of Thorndike, was issued summonses for unlawful sexual touching and assault on Brooks Road in Thorndike, stemming from an incident Jan. 26.

Feb. 11

Michael Eppley, 37, of Monroe, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Dickey Hill Road in Monroe.

Porsche Gross, 18, of Belmont, was issued a summons for illegal possession of alcohol by a minor (via consumption) on Starrett Drive in Belfast.

Feb. 12

Matthew Towey, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3 in Belmont.

John D. Holbrook, 53, of Hope, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3 in Belmont.

Nicholas Feugill, 24, of Belfast, was issued  a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and operating after suspension.
