BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 3-6. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt

Jan. 3 (late entry)

Christopher J. Larson, 30, of Burnham, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance.

Feb. 4

Shae R. Garton, 26, of Searsport, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation. 

Feb. 5

Julie Tufts, 52, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
