    BELFAST — In addition to issuing one traffic citation unrelated to additional charges, the Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Feb. 20 - April 6.

    An arrest does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

    Feb. 20

    Travis King, 42, of Bucksport, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug in Frankfort. 

    Feb. 22

    Roy W. Anderson, 37, of Millinocket, was issued summonses for burglary and theft on Lakewood Lane in Swanville, stemming from an incident Feb. 20. 

    March 12

    Detective Cassandra McDonald responded to the scene of a deer v. vehicle accident on Bangor Road in Troy. The driver and passenger were uninjured in the crash; their vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damages. 

    March 28

    Jeffrey Scott, 52, of Searsmont, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Brown Road in Searsmont. 

    March 31

    Jacqueline Reed, 30, of Searsmont, was arrested for failure to appear and violation of bail on Morrow Hill Road in Searsmont.

    April 4

    Dallas Lane, 24, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1A in Frankfort. 

    April 6

    Imma D. Thomas, 21, of Monroe, was arrested for having contact with a family or household member prior to bail at Waldo County Jail in Belfast, and domestic violence assault on Boston Road in Winterport.

    April 7

    Lyle Hanson, 31, of Northport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Spout Hill Road in Prospect.
