BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Aug. 19-25. 

Imma Thomas, 22, of Monroe, probation violation in Monroe April 6, 2021, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and continued. 

Lindsey N. Milliken, 38, of Brooks, operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks April 9, 2021, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks April 9, 2021, dismissed. 

Garrett Wight, 23, of Bangor, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Knox April 30, 2021, dismissed.

Matthew C. Bennett, 51, of Freedom, operating under the influence in Knox June 24, 2021, dismissed; driving to endanger in Knox June 24, 2021, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine. 

Hunter K. Thompson, 22, of Morrill, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 15, dismissed. 

Michael P. Knox, 51, of Unity, operating under the influence in Unity May 21, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
