Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 29 - May 6. 

    Sean Rohan, 30, of Lewiston, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville Aug. 2, 2018, two years in prison with all suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Swanville Aug. 2, dismissed.

    Login Armstrong, 20, of Clifton, reckless conduct in Waldo Oct. 20, 2019, two years in prison with all but 120 days suspended, two years of probation, and $12,348.89 restitution. 

    Gerald L. Tuck, 56, of Brooks, endangering the welfare of a child in Jackson May 19, $250 fine; endangering the welfare of a child in Jackson May 19, dismissed; unlawful transfer of a handgun to a minor in Jackson May 21, dismissed. 

    Tonya Milliken, 48, of Searsport, forgery in Belfast June 25, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast June 25, dismissed. 

    Roger Tripp Jr., 47, of Frankfort, operating a vehicle without a license in Searsport June 7, $150 fine. 

    Travis S. Redman, 48, of Verona, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs May 20, dismissed; failing to stop for an officer in Stockton Springs May 20, dismissed. 

    Wayne Lawrence, 42, of Belfast, domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast Sept. 6, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $1,241.46 restitution. 

    Joanna Mehuren, 36, of Liberty, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 6, dismissed. 

    Aaron Esposito, 38, of Waterville, violating a condition of release in Belfast Nov. 9, 15 days in jail; criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 9, 15 days in jail and $970.65 restitution; aggravated criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 9, dismissed; operating under the influence in Belfast Nov. 9, dismissed. 

    Thomas H. Bassler, 69, of Belmont, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Nov. 9, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Belfast Nov. 9, dismissed. 

    Michael Wentworth, 37, of Lubec, violating a protection from abuse order in Morrill Dec. 7, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended and two years of probation; domestic violence assault in Morill Dec. 7, dismissed; tampering with a witness, informant, juror, or victim in Morrill Dec. 7, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening in Morrill Dec. 7, dismissed. 

    Daniel Carchide, 40, of Searsport, operating under the influence in Belfast Dec. 11, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Pedro M. Delgado Bristol, 37, of Belfast, violating a protection from abuse order in Searsport Feb. 5, 10 days in jail and $1,000 fine. 

    Matthew McIver, 34, of Thorndike, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 24, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Freedom Feb. 6, dismissed. 

    Maurice X. Darres, 38, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 14, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 14, dismissed.

    Elizabeth R. Evans, 31, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 22, $250 fine. 

    Benjamin R. Pendleton, 31, of Stockton Springs, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 22, $250 fine.

    Silas Roberts Jr., 45, of Winterport, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast March 13, $250 fine. 

    Donovan O. Conary, 23, of Belfast, violating a condition of release in Belfast May 4, dismissed. 

    Ethan Ekberg, 20, of Westford, Massachusetts, minor consuming liquor in Belfast July 3, dismissed.

    Lance Downs, 54, of Brooks, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Brooks Nov. 24, dismissed.

    Ronald L. Cushing, 56, of Albion, hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange in Brooks Nov. 24, dismissed; hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Brooks Nov. 24, dismissed. 

    Stephen M. Moody, 69, of Monroe, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait in Brooks Nov. 24, dismissed. 

    Nickie Ripley, 33, of Belfast, allowing a dog to be at large in Knox March 13, $50 fine. 

    Ian C. Chase, 26, of Rockland, operating an ATV on the land of another without permission in Liberty March 27, $100 fine

    Mark E. Tibbetts, 48, of Appleton, operating an ATV on the land of another without permission in Liberty March 27, dismissed.
