BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 15-22.

Leroy D. Malcolm Jr., 38, of Waterboro, robbery in Burnham Aug. 3, 2019, six years in prison with all but two years six months suspended, four years of probation, and $2,851.12 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Burnham Aug. 3, 2019, one year in prison; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon in Burnham Aug. 3, 2019, one year in prison; violation of a condition of release in Burnham Aug. 3, 2019, six months in jail; failure to appear after bailed in Belfast July 15, one year in prison. 

William Pendergast, 41, of Northport, criminal trespass in Searsport June 7, 24 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 26, 14 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Northport Dec. 4, unconditional discharge. 

Bart A. Langley, 54, of Bucksport, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast Sept. 15, four years in prison with all suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

Lucas L. Oldroyd, 23, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Belfast July 27, two years in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine, and $120 restitution. 

Barbara Hartlett, 59, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Jan. 24, $250 fine.
