Waldo County closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court March 19-25. 

    Nathan A. Gilbert, 45, of Searsmont, operating under the influence in Morrill Nov. 10, 2018, license suspended for 150 days and $1,000 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Morril Nov. 10, 2018, dismissed. 

    Gary D. Reynolds, 36, of Newport, operating under the influence in Burnham Dec. 20, 2018, $750 fine. 

    Bronwen Williamson, 38, of Lincolnville, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Lincolnville March 15, 2019, $500 fine; operating under the influence in Lincolnville March 15, 2019, dismissed. 

    Donald Resh Jr., 45, of Searsport, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area (three counts) in Stockton Springs Oct. 29, 2019, April 8, and June 4, $300 fine for each count; unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Searsport Sept. 6, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 6, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Sept. 6, seven days in jail; unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug in Searsport Nov. 4, two years in prison with all but 30 days suspended, and two years of probation, $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Searsport Nov. 4, 30 days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 20, seven days in jail. 

    Nicholas J. Salvatore, 20, of Morrill, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Belfast June 20, $250 fine; driving to endanger in Belfast June 20, dismissed; failing to stop, remain, or render aid at a personal injury crash in Belfast June 20, dismissed. 

    Kandi M. Flemming, 32, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Winterport Aug. 12, 2019, 48 hours in jail and $400 restitution; forgery in Winterport Aug. 12, 2019, 48 hours in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Winterport March 19, seven days in jail; violating a condition of release in Winterport March 19, seven days in jail. 

    Kevin J. Vachon, 28, of Morrill, operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 14, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked in Belfast Aug. 14, $250 fine. 

    Dustin L. Hotham, 26, of Troy, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Troy June 22, six months in jail, and $400 fine; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Troy June 22, dismissed.

    Alexander Cunningham, 21, of Belmont, criminal mischief in Belfast Nov. 25, dismissed.
