    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 19-25. 

    Jeffrey D. Vandrey, 41, of Montville, reckless conduct in Montville July 8, 2018, three days in jail and $500 fine; reckless conduct in Montville July 8, 2018, dismissed. 

    Michael C. Stone II, 19, of Lincolnville, driving to endanger in Lincolnville April 8, 2019, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Lincolnville April 8, 2019, dismissed. 

    Elijah R. Harvey, 26, of Warren, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Montville Dec. 24, 2019, $250 fine; domestic violence assault in Montville Dec. 24, 2019, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Montville Dec. 24, 2019, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Montville Nov. 20, $250 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Montville Nov. 20, dismissed. 

    Dave B. Bragg, 53, of China, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Palermo May 19, 2019, $150 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Liberty June 1, 2019, six days in jail; criminal trespass in Palermo Nov. 22, $250 fine.  

    Jacob M. Webber, 30, of Jackson, endangering the welfare of a child in Jackson Jan. 10, 2020, six months in jail; operating a meth laboratory in Jackson Jan. 10, 2020, six years in prison with all but two years suspended, three years of probation, and $400 fine. 

    Richard A. Henry Jr., 58, of Troy, gross sexual assault in Troy Jan. 16, 2020, dismissed; assault in Troy Jan. 16, 2020, dismissed. 

    Damon C. Dow, 24, of Cherryfield, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Winterport May 12, dismissed; false public alarm or report in Winterport May 12, 2020, dismissed. 

    Tyler J. Donahue, 34, of Readfield, criminal trespass in Palermo June 5, dismissed. 

    Bradley Beeton, 34, of Stockton Springs, illegal possession of a firearm in Belmont July 10, nine months in jail with all but 120 days suspended and two years of probation.

    Ryan S. Flannery, 35, of Belfast, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Aug. 12, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $600 fine; violating a condition of release in Stockton Springs Sept. 2, 10 days in jail; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Stockton Springs Sept. 13, nine months in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 12, 10 days in jail.

    Scott Tolman, 29, of Hampden, operating after habitual offender revocation in Troy June 9, dismissed; attaching false plates in Troy June 9, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Troy June 9, $1,000 fine. 

    Sidney Harris, 36, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 20, five days in jail; criminal trespass (two counts) in Belfast Aug. 20, five days in jail for each count; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 20, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Aug. 27, five days in jail; criminal trespass in Belfast Sept. 16, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast Sept. 16, five days in jail; violating a condition of release (two counts) in Belfast Dec. 11 and Dec. 26, five days in jail for each count.

    Wayne Lawrence, 41, of Belfast, domestic violence criminal threatening in Belfast Sept. 6, three years in prison with all but six months suspended, two years of probation, and $1,241.46 restitution. 

    Charles W. Resh, 43, of Searsport, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsport Sept. 6, four days in jail, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release (two counts) in Searsport Oct. 18, and Oct. 22, seven days in jail for each count; violating a condition of release in Belfast Feb. 20, seven days in jail. 

    Ryan Landwehr, 31, of Camden, criminal mischief in Belfast Oct. 4, dismissed; assault on an emergency medical care provider (two counts) in Belfast Oct. 4, both dismissed. 

    Allen J. Farrington, 59, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Waldo Oct. 5, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine. 

    Donald L. Patten, 63, of Belfast, driving to endanger in Belfast Sept. 2, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; failure to stop, remain or render aid in a personal injury crash in Belfast Sept. 2, dismissed. 

    Adam Rumney, 29, of Belfast, assault in Belfast Oct. 9, dismissed. 

    Corey Dunbar, 29, of Acton, violating a condition of release in Belfast Dec. 8, 10 days in jail. 

    James Billings, 67, of Liberty, unlawful possession of a gift deer in Liberty Nov. 27, $150 fine. 

    Robert A. Daigle, 38, of Jackson, domestic violence assault in Frankfort Feb. 20, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Dec. 24, $250 fine; failing to make an oral or written accident report in Frankfort Dec. 24, $250 fine.

    James A. Maynard Jr., 30, of Bangor, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Frankfort Feb. 21, 30 days in jail and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Frankfort Feb. 21, 30 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked in Frankfort Feb. 21, $250 fine.

    Dustyn Wood, 20, of Brooks, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Morrill Oct. 27, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Morrill Oct. 27, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked in Morrill Oct. 27, dismissed.

    Derek A. Pomeroy, 33, of Stockton Springs, shellfish harvesting license violation (commercial) in Stockton Springs Sept. 5, $100 fine.
