Union Town Manager Jay Feyler was honored with the Linc Stackpole Manager of the Year award at the Maine Town City County Management Associations annual meeting August 14 at Sunday River Ski Resort, in Bethel.

Feyler has been manager of Union for 16 years and has been deeply involved in the Association for many years, including serving as President. 

He has also been active in the Maine Welfare Directors Association serving as President and Board member for many years.  Feyler has taught various courses to municipal employees across the state and has just recently announced his retirement to begin in November.
