This tasting experience is set to take place on the Festival grounds on Wednesday, July 30, and Thursday, July 31, offering two tasting sessions each day, from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
"Steins & Vines features an outstanding selection of local producers and distributors who continue to define and elevate Maine’s reputation in the world of craft brewing, winemaking and distilling," said the Lobster Festival, in a news release.
Participants this year include Cellardoor Winery, Winterport Winery, Dragonfly Farm and Winery, Kobrand Fine Wine and Spirits, Liberator Brewing Company, Penobscot Bay Brewing, Austin Street Brewery, Atlantic Brewing Company, Stone Tree Farm and Cider, Tin Top Cider Company, Freedom’s Edge Cider, Ricker Hill Mainiac Hard Cider, Absolem Cidar Company and Sea Hag Cider.
"Whether you're new to the scene or a seasoned enthusiast, this is your chance to sip, savor and chat with the people behind the pours," said the release.
Tickets are $40 and include 12 tastings and a commemorative glass. No one under 21 will be permitted into the event, and photo ID is required to enter.
