PreK & K Registration options for the 2022-2023 School Year

PreK

PreK will be limited to 16 students - registration will be on a first come first serve basis. Initial registration is ONLY open to St. George residents. Non-residents can register and be added to a waitlist in the event that there are spots available. Non-residents will also be considered on a first come first serve basis. 

1. Please register using the following link - PreK Registration or visit the St. George School to sign up.
2. Families can access our PreK/K website to print and fill out registration documents or get a registration packet by visiting the St. George School office. 
3. When ALL registration forms are completed and submitted your child will be considered OFFICIALLY registered and you will receive a telephone call confirming your child’s registration. 

Kindergarten 

1. Please register using the following link - K Registration or visit the St. George School office to register. You must be a resident of St. George for your child to attend St. George School K. Please contact Mike Felton, Superintendent for Non-Resident attendance options. 
2. Families can access our PreK/K website to print and fill out registration documents or get a registration packet by visiting the St. George School office. 

Required Registration Forms: 

1. Parent Questionnaire
2. Proof of Residency, Signed by Town Official
3. Student Health Form
4. Home Language Survey

Please note that Maine law requires you to provide us with the following: 

1. A copy of the student’s official birth certificate 
2. A copy of the child’s immunization records 

All forms may be faxed (207-372-6900), emailed to e.matthews@stgeorgemsu.org, or dropped off at the school
