ST. GEORGE — The St. George Business Alliance (SGBA) will hold its annual “Sales into the Season” on Memorial Day Weekend in a peninsula-wide and beyond event.

Participating SGBA members—including retail shops, art galleries, and restaurants—will be open for business with a variety of sales and special promotions to kick off the summer season.

On Saturday morning, May 28, the Jackson Memorial Library in Tenants Harbor is holding a plant sale, while Ocean View Grange, Rte. 131 in Martinsville, will be hosting many vendors for an Antique, Art, Craft Fair and Flea Market until 1 p.m.

Several locations will also be open on Friday, Sunday and/or Monday.

A map and listing of participating businesses and organizations—with open days/hours/offerings— can be downloaded from SGBA’s website: stgeorgebusinessalliance.com. Red and white “Sales into the Season” signs up and down the peninsula will identify the weekend’s event participants.

Most members will also have copies of SGBA’s 2022 “Welcome to St. George” Visitors Guide, containing member directory and detailed maps of the peninsula.

The SGBA is a local non-profit trade association of businesses, individuals, civic and non-profit organizations whose mission is to promote business and cultural prosperity in St. George.
