SOUTH THOMASTON — Ruth Brenneck, 92, died peacefully Sept. 15, 2013, at Pen Bay Medical Center in Rockport.

Family and friends are invited to visit Thursday, Sept. 19, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St. in Rockland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, Sept. 20, at 9 a.m. at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 150 Broadway in Rockland. A reception will follow at 104 Limerock, the funeral home's reception facility next door. Private interment will be held at a later date.
