Rockport Police beat: Probation violation, failure to maintain control of motor vehicle
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 7-16. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Dec. 3 (late entry)
Eldon Bennett, 32, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Cooper Plaisted for probation violation.
Dec. 4 (late entry)
Lisa Vieta, 40, of Winslow, was issued a summons by Plaisted for inspection violation.
Dec. 7
Kay Santorineos, 67, of Washington, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for speeding 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Dec. 8
Adam Dare, 43, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Ford for inspection violation; insurance violation.
Jacob Weeks, 30, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for inspection violation; failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.
Dec. 9
Nancy Luczai, 72, of Montville, was issued a summons by Smith for speeding 73 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Dec. 10
Jacob Morse, 25, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Plaisted for seat belt violation.
Dec. 15
Frederick Seaborne, 48, of Jonesport, was issued a summons by Smith for inspection violation.
Dec. 16
PDG Door Inc. Co., of Hampden, was issued a summons by Smith for insurance violation.
