Rockport Police beat: Assault, criminal mischief, drug possession
ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Dec. 22-28. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Dec. 10 (late entry)
Roberta Gardullo, 55, of Cockersville, Md., was issued a summons by Officer Robbie Shaw for operating under the influence.
Dec. 22
William Beckwith, 72, of Warren, was issued a summons by Officer Cooper Plaisted for operating under the influence and drug possession.
Dec. 23
Arlene Riggs, 19, of Hope, was issued a summons by Shaw for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Dec. 24
Wendy Kirklien, 66, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Craig Cooley for speeding 61 mph in a 40 mph zone.
Andrew Hall, 18, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Shaw for criminal mischief and operating without a license.
Dec. 26
Wyatt Chapdelaine, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Plaisted for assault on an emergency room provider and violating condition of release.
Dec. 28
Chase McIntire, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons by Officer Dana Smith for inspection violation.
Scott Smith, 22, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Travis Ford for inspection violation.
