ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity Aug. 1-31. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Aug. 1

Samuel Simmons, 21, of Spruce Head, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a probation violation.

Robert Graham, 25, of Rockland, was charged by Bagley with theft.

Donald Pomelow, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor on a warrant.

Aug. 2

A juvenile was arrested by Officers Andrew Redden and Addison Cox for three counts of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault and refusing to submit to arrest.

John Mathieson, 71, transient, was arrested by Sgt. Anthony Camporiale for violating conditions of release.

Aug. 3

Kristan Preo, 31, of Windsor, was arrested by Detective Joel Neal on a warrant.

Jesse Gray, 41, of Livermore Falls, was arrested by Neal on a warrant.

Treavor Brooks, 24, Rockland, was arrested by Detective Sgt. Russell Thompson arrested for aggravated marijuana cultivation and a probation violation.

Alyssa Bennett, 21, of Rockland, was arrested by Thompson for marijuana cultivation.

Christy Nason, 40, of Rockland, was arrested by Neal on a probation violation.

Kyle MacDougall, 37, of Rockland, was arrested by Neal on a probation violation.

Aug. 4

Michael Gordon, 41, of Shrewsbury, Mass., was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Aug. 5

Chelsea Williams, 19, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with possession of alcohol by a minor.

Abernathy Miller, 48, Rockland, was arrested by Cox for violating conditions of release.

Aug. 6

Travis Carter, 29, Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation.

Virginia Kime, 58, of Braintree, Mass., was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Larry Beck, 74, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer William Smith for operating under the influence.

Jason Roberts, 41, of Maspeth, N.Y., was arrested by Officer Jacob Shirey for operating under the influence.

Jarret Widdecombe, 41, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan for operating under the influence.

Aug. 8

Alison Upham, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.

Aug. 9

Krysti Hallett, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Finnegan on a warrant.

Mark Post, 46, of Rockland, was charged by Sgt. Matt Lindahl with criminal trespass.

Aug. 10

Erik Carlson, 42, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.

Nickolas King, 26, of Union, was charged by Cox with attaching false plates and violating conditions of release.

Aug. 11

Kristi Vanblarcom, 37, of Camden, was charged by Gaylor with terrorizing, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Tyler Philbrook, 28, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with driving to endanger.

Aug. 12

John Flower, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Neal on a warrant.

Joseph Robles, 23, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.

Joshua Ross, 29, of Thomaston, was arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation.

Danielle Demerritt, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a probation violation.

James Ellis, 25, of Thomaston, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano for operating after suspension.

Aug. 14

Elysia Cheung, 34, of Washington, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration.

Mark Fitzgerald, 41, of Rockland, was charged by Gaylor with violating conditions of release.

Heath Prior, 32, of Cushing, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.

Krysti Hallett, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for possession of cocaine, violating conditions of release and a probation hold.

Christina Rackliff, 34, of Rockland, arrested by Solorzano for disorderly conduct.

Shane Chontos, 44, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden on a warrant.

Ashley Nelson, 28, of Rockland, arrested by Finnegan for unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.

Aug. 18

Jordan St. Clair, 34, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration and inspection.

Clancy Collins, 24, of Warren, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation.

Aug. 19

Kelly Nichols, 51, Waldoboro, was arrested by Cox for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, violating conditions of release and a probation violation.

Kristi Vanblarcom, 37, of Camden, was arrested by Redden on a warrant.

Everett Beverage, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox for operating under the influence and violating conditions of release.

Perry Perkins, 54, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence and operating without a license.

Robert Lacombe, 56, of Rockland, was arrested by Solorzano on a probation violation.

Jason Colunio, 41, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation.

Boyd Johnson, 39, of Camden, was arrested by Gaylor on a probation violation.

Erich Sheffler, 27, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer John Bagley for domestic violence assault.

A juvenile was charged by Gaylor with operating without a license.

Aug. 25

David Monteiro, 60, of Plymouth, Mass., was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence.

A juvenile was cited by Gaylor for speeding.

Brooks Hobbs, 30, of Cushing, was cited by Gaylor for speeding.

Maxwell Niles, 23, of Union, was cited by Gaylor for failing to stop at a stop sign.

William Gould, 33, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for operating under the influence.

Jason Randall, 25, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.

Aug. 27

Zachary Overlock, 26, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant.

Alton Cobb, 48, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for aggravated criminal trespass, assault, domestic violence terrorizing, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

Aug. 28

Kiana Hamilton, 24, of Rockport, was arrested by Finnegan for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Aaron Thayer, 22, of Rockland, was cited by W. Smith for unnecessary acceleration noise, failing to display front registration plate.

James Myers, 44, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a violation of home confinement.

Montgomery Winchenbach, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by Finnegan for disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release.

Wayne Harwood, 22, of Owls Head, was cited by Finnegan for failing to stop for a red light, expired inspection.

Aug. 29

Rufus Williams, 57, of Rockport, was cited by Sgt. Kenneth Smith for expired inspection.

Connor MacLelland, 20, of Rockland, was arrested by Cox on a warrant.

Aug. 30

Amanda Hoppe, 19, of South Thomaston, was cited by K. Smith for speeding.
