ROCKLAND — Rockland police reported the following activity April 11-14. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

April 12

Dylan McClure, 18, of Rockland, was arrested by Officer Alex Gaylor on a warrant.

Harold Tarbox, 26, of Cushing, was arrested by Officer Jacob Labo for a probation violation.

Christopher Seiler, 51, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo on a warrant.

Dustin Martin, 33, of Rockport, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

April 14

Dwight Nickles, 35, of Warren, was arrested by Officer Andrew Redden for operating under the influence.

Gregory Bowden, 42, of Rockland, was arrested by Labo for operating after suspension.

April 15

Bonnie Tarr, 57, of Spruce Head, was charged by Officer William Smith with operating without a license.

April 17

Karen Sprague, 37, of Portland, was cited by Gaylor for speeding.

Shauna Landre, 38, of Rockland, was arrested by W. Smith for a probation violation.

April 19

Michael Nelson, 31, of Rockland, was cited by Gaylor for expired registration.

Brandon Robillard, 28, of Belfast, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant, charged with operating without a license and attaching false plates.

Kari Drake, 38, of Belmont, was arrested by Officer Scott Solorzano on a warrant.

April 20

Sigvard Beckman, 25, of Vinalhaven, was charged by Gaylor with operating after suspension.

Susan Turner, 27, of Camden, was cited by Gaylor for speeding.

Harold Vanorse, 64, of Rockport, was arrested by Solorzano for refusing to give correct name, date of birth or address, refusing to submit to arrest.

April 21

Kathleen Zable, 26, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor on a warrant and probation violation.

Nicholas Cole, 31, of Rockland, was arrested by Redden for operating after revocation.

Megan Lavoie, 28, of Rockland, was arrested by Sgt. Don Finnegan for operating under the influence.

April 22

Michael Puiia, 43, of Rockland, was arrested by Gaylor for operating under the influence.

Peter Hudson, 36, of West Bath, was arrested by Finnegan for operating under the influence.

April 23

Kyle Bruce, 26, of Port Saint Lucie, Fla., was charged by Redden with assault.

April 24

Ricky Miller, 35, of Warren, was arrested by Officer John Bagley on a warrant.
